Additional RMA Notes
Please note that you may be charged for any missing parts or accessories, (i.e., cables, manuals, driver disc, etc.). You must return the item in its entirety, including retail packaging. Whatever you originally received in your order is what must be returned to Newegg.com.
Please be advised that obtaining an RMA number does not extend your Return Policy replacement or refund period. For example, the 30-day refund period will end on the 30th day from your original invoice date, regardless of the RMA issue/expiration date.
Lastly, if your RMA type is repair/replacement and the item(s) is not in stock when the RMA is received and processed, the out-of-stock merchandise will be refunded back to you for the product's current market value. Unfortunately, some situations are beyond our control. We cannot regulate item availability for all products in our inventory, nor can we guarantee restocking dates, as delivery times are estimates. The reason we choose to refund our customers for out-of-stock items is because we do not want to delay an RMA's resolution. At this time, we do not offer RMA exchanges for out-of-stock items. Refunds will be issued back to the original source of payment.
